Benchmarking of Operations

As an initial step in the process, we work with our clients on the project scope. Some clients take a holistic approach and look across all selling, general and administrative (SG&A) expenses. Other clients take a more focused approach looking only at areas where there is pain or there appears to be potential for improvement..

Depending on scope, organization size and geographies, the benchmark can take several weeks to collect and analyze the data. With the survey results back and some preliminary analysis completed, we will meet to discuss the findings and to evaluate potential areas for improvement.
