Frank Tropsa - Direction of Operational ImprovementFrank is a seasoned project manager with more than 25 years of strong domestic and international management experience in accounting, consulting, and financial systems. He is skilled in strategic planning, financial analysis, reporting & controls, focusing on key drivers for success. His core competencies include finance transformation and shared services. He recently managed the implementation of a shared service solution for a major international engineering software organization and for the world’s largest software company. He managed the implementation of their new corporate wide forecasting tool. Frank drives results through “directional” analysis of current operations, and tactically designed delivery of the strategies, controls, processes, and technologies needed to drive multi-million dollar improvements.

Before joining Templeton Solutions, he was a Principal/Senior Manager for Deloitte, Capgemini, PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM Consulting. Frank’s technical experiences include: systems selections, implementations, optimizations covering Hyperion Enterprise & HFM, SAP, Oracle, and other systems.
