Kendall Reed - Director of CRM SolutionsKendall has been with Templeton since 2000. In his time at the firm, he has participated as a member of Microsoft’s development team in the alpha- and beta- testing of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Having worked extensively with Microsoft products, Kendall brings strong technical skills and expertise to each CRM implementation project.

His professional experience includes business process mapping and analysis, infrastructure preparation, software implementation, data conversion, systems integration, training, and support. Kendall’s skills have been instrumental in delivering highly successful Microsoft Dynamics implementations to clients in the professional services, construction, publishing, computer hardware, and aviation industries.
