OPPORTUNITY:
Templeton Solutions, LLP, a MBS Gold Certified Partner, is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM consultant to join its expanding technology consulting practices.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead in all aspects of project management including assessment, design and development, managing the schedule, budget, and presentation/demonstration of CRM projects.
  • Regularly interact with clients and develop strong client relations; demonstrate a high level of commitment to client success.
  • Lead in the development of internal Templeton Solutions CRM offerings and customer experience transformation.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support sales initiatives.

  •  Network with Microsoft and other strategic business partners.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualified candidates will possess demonstrated work experience that includes a multiple of the following skill sets; specialization in CRM implementation (certification preferred).  
 

  • Proficiency in CRM applications (CRM certification preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Windows and Office
  • Software implementation and support/IT consulting.
  • Business process analysis and design consulting.
  • Technology platforms planning and delivery.
  • Application training and organizational change/support management. 
     

Successful individuals will be self-starters with the following attributes: 
 

  • Solid consulting background and experience implementing and managing complex technology solutions projects. (background in accounting or finance preferred).
  • Proven success in dealing with executive level decision-makers.
  • Strong business writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal relations and teamwork orientation.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity and commitment to quality.
  • Organizational skills and ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.
